If you are having technical difficulties with a device you received from Oakstead, with myPascoConnect, or another Pasco eLearning platform, please follow these steps:

  1. Review the eLearning Resources
  2. Submit your question to the Oakstead PTA Facebook page- many issues have already been worked out among other parents and they may be able to help.
  3. If you still need help, please email either of the following Oakstead staff: Lisa Crouse –lcrouse@pasco.k12.fl.us or Amy Leung-achow@pasco.k12.fl.us
  4. Mrs. Crouse and Mrs. Leung will be able to direct you to the appropriate district person if your issue needs additional help.
