PEER Volunteer Information

⭐️Parents/Guardians of students Grades 6th-12th...We know your students love to come back to OES to Volunteer and we love having them. The PEER Approval process is slightly different this year as The District Head Offfice has streamlined everything online. Please see the following instructions from the Volunteer HQ!

"Beginning September 1, 2026, the new Parent/Guardian Permission for Student Peer Volunteer Participation Form will be available in myStudent for custodial parents/guardians of students in grades 6-12.

The form will be accessible through the Parent Portal under Form Summary and will appear as an Optional Form for eligible students.

Please be aware that students wishing to participate as peer volunteers must also complete the Student Peer Volunteer Application on our website. (The same location and form as the adult application but it will say PEER application.)

Both forms must be submitted, and the Volunteer application must be approved before a student may begin serving as a peer volunteer.

💚At OES, we ask that your PEER speaks with the teacher that he or she wants to volunteer for ahead of time and coordinate the best day and time to come in. Thank you!
