Bring your plastic bags to Oakstead!!

Hi families! We are competing with other schools to collect the most plastic bags!! Bring any and all plastic bags. Must be clean and dry! It can be baggies, grocery bags, wrappers. Basically, if you can stretch the plastic – they will recycle it. Watch A Bag’s Life Trailer

Note From Mrs. Kimpland & Mrs. Stine

This week, we look forward to seeing members of our community come out on Great American Teach In Day. So many different careers to inspire our students!

Next week, we hope everyone has a safe and Happy Thanksgiving Break. We have so much to be thankful for at Oakstead Elementary, our staff, students and families are at the top of the list!

Reminder every Monday our staff and students will be wearing Kindness Matters shirts to promote our school theme. If you did not purchase a shirt, your child may still join in by wearing teal! Green spirit is every Friday! Wear your Oakstead, 5th grade leadership, or any green shirt to show your school spirit!
